Refund & Return Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please notify us immediately upon delivery if your order is damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and photos for verification. Eligible cases may receive a replacement or refund in accordance with Qatar’s Consumer Protection Law.

Change of Mind / Wrong Address

Due to the fragile nature of flowers, refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases or orders placed with an incorrect delivery address.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placement if preparation has not started. Once preparation begins or delivery is completed, cancellations are not allowed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days after confirmation with the customer.
